The impact of COVID-19 on service delivery systems: evidence from a survey of United States refugee resettlement agencies.

Six undergraduate students (Lola, Julia, Roshni, Leila, Alexia, and William) of the Geography Immigrant & Refugee Course taught by Prof. Moise have just published a paper titled “The impact of COVID-19 on service delivery systems: evidence from a survey of United States refugee resettlement agencies.” The group found that US refugee resettlement agencies continued to perform admirably despite a lack of funding. These results can be used to improve capacities or preparedness of refugee agencies during pandemics or disaster events.
